For the first time I will be sleeping out to help support the Community Outreach Dental Program! Last year I was invited to help document the event by making a short promo video and I had my taste of how fun the night can be. This year, I decided why not help the cause myself (and it also happens to fall on my birthday)! Teeth are more than just bits of bone attached to your face. They make up your smile, they help you communicate, they allow you to eat and sometimes they give you pain. For those who have suffered homelessness and find it difficult to access dental treatment, the CODP aims to bridge that gap by providing free dental services for those in need. Due to social distancing guidelines we are unable to 'sleepout' in the traditional way, but will be instead 'sleeping out' at home. If you have anything to spare, please consider donating!
